How We Can Help You?

Image

We focus on real results - addressing your injury and its effects on your whole body, not just the sore spot. Through detailed assessment and expert hands-on care, we work to restore balance, improve mobility, and reduce soft-tissue restrictions, helping you move better, feel stronger, and prevent future injuries.

Whether you're a high-level athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone managing everyday aches and pains, we're here to support your recovery and keep you performing at your best.

If you're unsure which service you need, just email or call us. We're happy to offer a brief pre-appointment chat to help you choose the best option.

We combine sports massage, stretch therapy, and strength and conditioning to support effective rehabilitation. By reducing tension, improving mobility, and rebuilding strength, we help your body recover properly and return to pain-free, functional movement. Initial Assessment

Image

We work with a variety of injuries to help you get back to daily life and sports. The initial assessment appointment takes around 1 hour. It includes detailed history taking, an assessment of the injury site, relevant treatment and take away homework so you can continue your journey at home. If you need a follow up appointment, your therapist will advise you on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be an honest clinic that doesn't just, 'sign you up for 10 sessions' without justification.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, including issues affecting the ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, and upper limbs. This covers everything from sprains and ligament strains to muscle tears, joint pain, and nerve-related conditions such as sciatica, along with many other common injuries.

Sports Massage

Image

Despite the name, you don't have to be a sports person to benefit from a sports massage. It's a great treatment for anyone who feels tight, stiff, achy or simply wants to move a little more freely.

Sports massage uses a combination of targeted massage techniques to work into areas of tension, improve mobility and help your muscles feel less restricted. Whether you're training hard, sitting at a desk all day, chasing after the kids or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, the treatment can be tailored to what your body needs.

For athletes, it can be a valuable part of training and recovery. For everyone else, it's simply a great way to look after your body and keep moving well.

Stretch Therapy

Image

Stretch therapy is a gentle and relaxing treatment that uses controlled oscillations and stretching techniques to work with the joints and muscles.

Unlike a traditional sports massage, there's no painful pressure or forcing the body into position. Instead, the treatment is gentle and restorative, leaving many people feeling relaxed, lighter and surprisingly “zen” afterwards - while still achieving many of the benefits associated with more intensive hands-on treatments.

One client described it as “like doing a Pilates class without having to do anything” - which is probably the most accurate summary we've heard!

Strength Training

Strength Training Built Around You

Our private gym provides a focused, personal training environment for people who want to train with purpose. We work with a diverse range of clients, from elite endurance athletes looking to improve strength and performance, to those focused on general fitness, strength and long-term health, including clients aged 60+.

Every programme is individually designed around your goals, abilities and lifestyle. Whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, build strength, maintain independence or simply feel stronger and fitter, your training is tailored specifically to you.

We combine expert coaching with objective data to track your progress. Using VALD Force Frames and Decks, we assess your strength and identify areas for development, giving us measurable starting points to inform your programme.

After 12 weeks, we often retest to objectively measure your progress and use the results to refine your training and keep you moving towards your goals.
