What is our S&C program?

This is a goal-driven, individualised training session designed to help you become stronger, fitter and more mobile. Each session is built around your specific aims and may include mobility work, strength development, technical skill practice, conditioning, and focused core training.

We adapt the structure to suit your experience level, needs and progress, ensuring every session is challenging, engaging and aligned with your long-term goals. All training is delivered in our fully equipped private gym.

Who it can benefit

Athletes/Sports

S&C is a great supplementation to any sport especially at a competitive level and if done correctly can create enormous gains and benefits to the individual. S&C can be periodised so that you peak for competition and work on weaknesses as the 'homework' to your main activity.

Older Years

It is well documented that as we age, we lose muscle mass (sarcopenia), especially if we lead sedentary lifestyles. This can decrease our quality of life, independence and increase risk of falls and injuries. Strength training can significantly reduce the person's chance of developing this, as humans live longer than ever, it is important that we are able to live life to the fullest and this is where exercise can be incredibly helpful.

Injury Recovery

Had an injury or surgery and need to rebuild strength? Whether recovering from an ACL reconstruction, a spinal injury, or a fracture, these are the types of cases we work with every day. Our degree-qualified therapists, trained in strength and conditioning, create safe, structured programmes tailored to your needs - helping you return to work, sport, or everyday activity confidently and safely.

Olympic Lifting

This is a sport that focuses on 2 barbell lifts, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Taught by level 2 instructor Danielle, it is a sport for all abilities as you work with the weights you can handle. It's great for anyone wanting to improve their general strength and barbell confidence, and crosses over beautifully to other power and speed related sports like martial arts, athletics, rugby and football.

Online Training

Online training gives you a flexible, structured way to reach your goals. After discussing what you want to achieve, your personalised workouts are delivered straight to the everfit app, complete with demo videos, clear instructions, and clear set/rep guidance. For weight-loss clients, the app also tracks daily food targets, habits, and weekly check-ins, helping you build consistency and stay accountable.

This approach is ideal if you prefer training at home or in your own gym, or want professional guidance without weekly PT sessions. Everything is kept in one place - workouts, tracking, progress updates, and communication - making your plan simple, organised, and easy to follow. Local clients can also add a monthly in-person session for additional support.
